Hello and thank you for visiting! It is my goal as your full service real estate agent specializing in the Oxnard, Port Hueneme, and Ventura areas, to provide you with superior service at all times. Over eighteen years of local expertise and extensive real estate experience will benefit you whether you are serious about buying or selling a home at this time, or are a returning client checking out the many homeowner resources I offer. I do specialize in Coastal properties and Historic properties.  

I have been a Ventura County Realtor since 1988. With vast experience in real estate as well as intimate local area knowledge, I am able to help buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals. My tenacious drive to satisfy my clients has earned me the RE/MAX 100% Club Award. Award levels are broken down into what RE/MAX refers to as “Clubs”. Chairman’s Club is the highest club level award given by RE/MAX, followed by the 100% Club, Executive Club and then Presidents Club.

As a listing agent in Ventura County I use my advertising skills, coupled with a heavy web presence and broad computer skills to round out an extensive marketing plan that gives a homeowner the an edge on receiving the maximum value for their property.

For buyers, I search until I find the perfect property and negotiate the best possible deal for my client. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing the smiles that come with a successful sale or the purchase of a lifetime.

Designation Definitions:

Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI)

Members primarily involved in residential real estate wanting to increase their knowledge and skills in a broad array of technical subjects and the fundamentals of real estate participate in the REALTOR® Institute, graduate program to earn the GRI designation. The program also provides opportunities to develop important business contacts. The GRI is a nationally recognized designation of the National Association of Realtors®.

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)

Agents will maximize their profit by joining this network of over 35,000 top professionals. CRS Designees complete advanced study in residential listing and selling and meet established production levels. There are different programs based on years of experience.

Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)

The unique lifestyle housing issues and needs of our maturing population are now being serviced by a group of real estate specialists who are required to be members of the National Association of REALTORS®.  They have received special training, regular up-dates and are prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.  If you’re thinking of selling, buying, relocating or refinancing, use the experience and knowledge of a “Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®)” designee to help guide you through your transactions.
